Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Currently we have limited number of countries we ship to. If you want us to ship to a country that is not listed please e-mail us at hello@bulanpress.com to check pricing and arrange a special delivery request.

I have an item in my order that is a Pre-Order. When and how will my order be shipped?

We will ship your pre-order as soon as the product is made available and you will be informed via e-mail for confirmation and delivery information.

Am I being charged sales taxes?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the country we ship the book to. 
For example, if you order from Malaysia, the country does not charge sales taxes on books.

Question 4

What are your shipping options?

Accepted Answer

Within Malaysia -- is free.

Singapore -- RM20.

Brunei, Hong Kong, Philippines, Thailand & Vietnam -- RM60.
 
The rest of the world -- has to be quoted individually via City Link, DHL or FedEx.

How long does it take to receive my order

Accepted Answer

We generally proceed order within 48h. Once the order is proceed, our shipping partners will generally deliver your parcel within 2-3 working days if it's in Malaysia. For international order the delivery will take more time. You can contact us at hello@bulanpress.com if you would like to receive an estimated deliveray date.
